As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our sales operations and delivering exceptional service to our valued B2B customers. This position requires a proactive, organised individual with strong administrative skills and a customer-first mindset.
The role of Commercial Analyst:
The role will specifically cover the following areas:
* Support for all internal areas of the business: Customer service, Purchasing and Supply Chain, Warehouse
* Manage project budgets, revenue and cost control
* Review of operational processes to improve efficiency
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Problem solve and resolve issues
* Innovate and work on continuous improvement
Key Skills and Essential Experience:
Essential requirements for the role:
* Educated to Degree standard
* Be commercially minded with a strong analytical background
* Demonstrate strong mathematics and numeracy, ideally A Level Maths
* Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an office environment
* Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365
