Contract: 1x temporary, part-time contract until 31 March 2025 (17.5 hours per week)

We are looking for a Community Activity Organiser responsible for developing and facilitating a wide range of community activities for people living with dementia and their carers/families, aiming to help them maintain social activities, relationships, and community connections.
The successful applicant will have a positive approach to dementia. You will be flexible, inclusive, creative, and organized. You will be sensitive and compassionate, capable of supporting people in times of difficulty or distress. Excellent communication skills are essential for working effectively with individuals and groups. A positive attitude towards professional development and willingness to participate in training is required. Relevant qualifications and previous experience working with people with dementia are advantageous.

Note: Occasional evening and weekend work may be required, and a driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
