About Us
Boundless is a growing agency working at the intersection of TikTok Shop, creator marketing, and e-commerce brands. We manage campaigns for exciting consumer brands and build communities of creators who drive millions in sales. Alongside Boundless, we also run K Facial, a skincare brand with strong long-term growth potential.
We're now looking for a Community & Campaign Coordinator to join our team and help us scale. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who wants to be part of a fast-moving business with lots of autonomy.
The Role
As our Community & Campaign Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting both our creator community and brand campaigns. You'll be responsible for:
* Managing creator relationships: onboarding, supporting, and motivating TikTok Shop creators.
* Campaign support: helping with outreach, product research, and reporting on performance.
* Community building: engaging with our creator community, spotting new talent, and helping them succeed.
* Content contribution: ideally being comfortable making content (on camera or behind the scenes), or supporting shoots and creative direction.
* Process ownership: working with playbooks but putting your own twist on things to improve outcomes.
What We're Looking For
* Comfortable with the fast pace and ambiguity of TikTok Shop and creator marketing.
* A creative mindset and ability to write or create engaging content.
* Someone who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of outcomes.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to keep track of multiple moving parts.
* A proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told every step.
* Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Manus, and Google Veo.
* Bonus: German language skills (not essential, but a big plus for TikTok Shop Germany).
