About the Role
The Residential Property team is expanding and is now looking for a Residential Property Fee Earner. You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters and provide an exceptional client experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions
* Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and handling all conveyancing documentation
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
* Providing clear, practical, and timely legal advice
* Contributing to team development and process improvement
About You
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
* 2–5 years’ PQE in residential property
* Confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
