As an Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve. The role requires availability for alternate weekends. You will answer the phone, handle our files and support our managers. You will also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents and show prospective clients and their families around so they can see what makes us so different. Across everything you do as an Admin Assistant, you'll go out of your way to help us create a vibrant, happy environment.
If you have the ability to multi‑task, good computer skills and a confident telephone manner, you could be well‑suited to this role. It is also really important that you are a people person who takes a genuine interest in our residents and their families.
