Job Description
A number of Class 1 Tramper Drivers are required for a temporary-to-permanent position based in Newcastle. The role involves general haulage work on a 4-on/4-off shift pattern, with overtime available.
Whats on offer:
* £15.13 p/h Monday Friday, £15.69 Saturday, £16.81 Sunday PAYE
* £25 Night-out allowance
* Weekly Pay
* Regular ongoing work
* Permanent position after 10 weeks (subject to performance)
* Modern, well-maintained vehicles
* Monday to Friday work (occasional weekends may be available)
What youll be doing as Class 1 Tramper Driver:
* Nationwide trunking and multi-drop deliveries
* Curtainsider work (strapping required)
* Tramping role 2 nights out per week
Were looking for a Class 1 Tramper Driver with:
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
* Minimum 1 year Class 1 experience for insurance purposes
* Valid Driver CPC & Digital Tacho card
* Curtainsider experience essential
* Good understanding of drivers hours and WTD
