As a lettings negotiator, you will play a key role in helping tenants find suitable properties, working with landlords to support them through marketing, negotiations, tenancy progression, and the final move-in. You will provide outstanding customer service to applicants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
You will report to the Branch Director.
Responsibilities of a lettings negotiator include:
1. Managing applicants daily
2. Conducting professional viewings
3. Keeping landlords informed on all matters
4. Negotiating offers
5. Collecting holding deposits and tenancy monies
6. Overseeing tenant referencing and right-to-rent checks
7. Ensuring legal compliance on all offers
8. Providing high levels of customer service
