Overview
Our brand new client, with offices based in Warrington, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join them on a full time permanent basis working 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Support the fee earners with opening case files, client communication and file management.
* Prepare documents, conduct searches, manage post and emails, and update case systems.
* Liaise with clients, agents and solicitors to keep property transactions moving efficiently from instruction to completion.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 6 months practical experience working in a residential conveyancing team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised with excellent time management ability.
* PC literate on MS Office.
Benefits
* Starting salary of around £25,000 (higher will be considered depending on length of service).
* 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays (with a Christmas shutdown).
