What you'll actually do:

What you'll need
1. Some hands-on experience with children (school, nursery, sports club-show us you've been in the arena).
2. Patience and clear communication; five-year-olds ask "why?" a lot.
3. Level 2/3 TA qualification is desirable but not essential.
