Customer Team Leader
Location: Drum Road, Edinburgh, EH17 8RJ
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part‑time
Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid‑day shifts with flexibility across the week, including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, Saturday, or Sunday). Availability can be discussed at interview.
Eligibility: Must be aged 18+ to authorise age‑related sales.
Responsibilities
* Own the day‑to‑day running of the store by leading the team on your shift
* Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations
* Work hands‑on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members
* Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes
* Champion Co‑op through community engagement and membership growth
Qualifications and Skills
* Passion for people and leadership
* The ability to work flexibly and lead by example
* Skills in retail, merchandising, or team management (experience not essential)
