FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver – Temp to Perm

4 on / 4 off rotation | 9:00am – 9:00pm | £13.77 per hour
We are recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients based in Leamington Spa for an experienced FLT Reach and Counterbalance Driver to join their team. This is a full-time role working a 4 on / 4 off rotation, offering an excellent work-life balance with consistent 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* Moving stock within the warehouse
* Supporting general warehouse duties
* Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
* Valid and in-date Reach and Counterbalance (CB) licences
* Licences must be external (RTITB/ITSSAR accredited or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Good understanding of warehouse health & safety
* Must have own transport
* Reliable and committed to 12-hour shifts
