Job Description
Energis is looking for a Service Engineer to join our client, a leading international manufacturing company. You will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across their installations throughout Northern Ireland.
The role:
1. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks
2. Diagnose issues quickly and deliver effective solutions to minimise downtime.
3. Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction across all projects.
4. Support and improve operational processes to boost productivity and improve efficiency
Criteria:
5. Time-served technician experience in a mechanical discipline, ideally with at least 2-3 years’ hands-on experience.
6. Solid technical knowledge of gas and/or diesel engines.
7. Strong IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office packages.
8. A full, valid driving licence.
9. Strong technical skills and a proactive mindset.
Hours of Work
10. Monday–Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
11. Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
12. Weekend and out-of-hours work may be required. Participation in a 24-hour callout rota system is essential.
