As a Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping customers on their journey to owning a Tesla vehicle. You will be a product expert passionate about Tesla's mission, capable of communicating the benefits of Tesla ownership to potential customers. You will work with customers to understand their needs, educate them about Tesla vehicles, and guide them through the sales process to ensure informed decisions.
You have relentless determination to succeed and are driven by Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. You will be part of a larger sales and delivery team, working closely and flexibly on all tasks. Cooperation and a one-team mentality are essential to achieving sales and delivery targets.

What You'll Do
* Become a product expert on Tesla vehicles and technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends
* Understand each customer's needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions
* Provide detailed and transparent information about Tesla ownership benefits, including charging, maintenance costs, environmental impact, and driving experience
* Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options, trade-ins, and delivery timelines
* Act as a trusted advisor, answering questions and addressing concerns or objections
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience that exceeds expectations and builds long-term relationships
* Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
* Engage in daily outbound lead generation, opportunity capture, and sales pipeline management
