We are looking for an Account Director to work with our client.
Summary
An Account Director is responsible for leading the end-to-end process of planning and implementing advertising and communications campaigns. They work with marketing, creative, production, strategy, finance, and external partners at each stage of a project, ensuring every team plays their part from brief through to delivery.
* Strong campaign management skills, experienced at managing multiple projects end to end
* Ability to understand the strategic purpose of a project and how that contributes to brand growth
* Experience in through-the-line communications – managing integrated 360 campaigns across multiple media formats
* Manage all deliverables typical of an integrated advertising and communications campaign
* Strong relationship-building skills – trust, collaboration, knowledge, and ability to motivate teams
* Effective communicator – written and verbal, confident in presenting to stakeholders at all levels
* Financial acumen and rigour in managing the account’s day-to-day operations
* Experience working in fast-changing environments, managing multi-stakeholder marketing teams, with pan-market experience beneficial
Day-to-day responsibilities
* Write status reports and check work against briefs
* Agree on the brief with marketing to ensure clarity and stakeholder involvement
* Organise internal briefing sessions, collaborating with strategy to develop briefs for teams
* Partner with Creative Directors and Executive Producers to enable successful creative delivery
* Organise resources, project plans, and budgets with resource and production teams
* Manage client communications, including progress updates, issue resolution, and expectation management
* Lead client presentations across all project stages, gather feedback, and define next steps
* Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and briefs are met
* Monitor project progression, working with production and creative teams
* Escalate issues and blockers to senior management and facilitate resolutions
* Maintain financial rigour, supporting monthly reporting and budget oversight
* Coordinate with marketing on project planning, priorities, and communication
* Lead relationships with media and third-party partners to ensure collaboration
