Description
* Drafting detailed and accurate bills of costs for proceedings.
* Preparing points of dispute and replies in costs matters.
* Negotiating settlements of costs with opposing parties.
* Providing advice to clients regarding costs management and budgeting.
* Attending detailed assessment hearings when required.
* Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of costs law and procedural rules.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and professional standards.

Profile
