Led by a MasterChef: The Professionals contestant, the restaurant is built around a small, collaborative team and a calm kitchen environment .
We are looking for a Sous Chef who enjoys working with great ingredients, contributing ideas and being part of a small team shaping the next chapter of the restaurant .

The Role Working alongside the Head Chef you will help maintain the quality, organisation and spirit of the kitchen .
You will:
Support the daily running of the kitchen
Maintain consistency and standards during service
Work closely with a small team of chefs
Contribute ideas to seasonal menus
You: You care about good produce and simple, precise cooking .
You are organised, calm in service and enjoy working collaboratively in a small team.
Experience in good kitchens helps, but attitude and curiosity matter most .
