We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations for a range of Mitie clients. The role involves managing a cleaning team, including recruitment and staff development, and maintaining high service standards for routine and periodic cleaning tasks.
Responsibilities include ensuring staff understand and adhere to task schedules, following health & safety procedures, providing technical training, distributing uniforms, monitoring cleanliness standards, managing materials, and ordering stock as needed. You will handle issues professionally and escalate to the line manager when appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory and cleaning experience, excellent communication skills, reliability, a professional attitude, and the ability to work independently to a schedule.
