The Role
We're looking for a
Junior
Account Manager
with at least
1 year of advertising/marketing equivalent role
, ideally from an agency, specialist or media owner, to join our fast-paced
Growth Team
. You'll take full ownership of inbound client inquiries—converting leads, pitching media plans, and delivering advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment, is eager to learn about all forms of media, and can independently manage campaigns from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and convert inbound sales opportunities.
* Plan and buy media across OOH, TV, Radio, and other channels. UK and Worldwide.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Oversee campaign execution and ensure seamless project management.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
What We're Looking For
* Bilingual: French and German speaker.
* Proven experience in account management or media sales (specialist, agency or media owner).
* Excellent organisation and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Strong computer skills—you'll need to navigate multiple platforms with ease.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with project management tools is desirable.
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Salary & Benefits
Salary:
£35,000 to £45,000 base
+
uncapped commissions (+£50,000 potential, avg. £15,000 first year)
