Job summary
Rock Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic team player to join our friendly Practice as a Patient Advisor.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact at our primary reception, welcoming visitors and managing patient enquiries daily.
Providing outstanding service to all patients, both over the phone and in person, is essential. You will address concerns and minimize complaints to uphold high patient satisfaction levels.
This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, from 08:00 to 18:30, Monday to Friday.
Main duties of the job
Your responsibilities include:
1. Checking in and registering patients
2. Ordering medications and processing prescriptions
3. Scheduling appointments and coordinating home visits
4. Reception and administrative duties
5. Navigating clinical software systems
You will also participate in monthly Practice meetings, including taking minutes and preparing agendas.
