Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Salary Range: £55,000-£65,000

Role Overview
Ageas is seeking an experienced and results-driven DevOps Engineer to join a cross-functional team. The role involves hands-on experience within the software development lifecycle, focusing on day-to-day technical DevOps tasks to enable faster and safer delivery of high-quality software to the business.
Main Responsibilities
1. Take ownership of creating and maintaining CI/CD solutions to meet build, test, release, deployment, and security requirements.
2. Manage application build, packaging, and release processes across all environments.
3. Develop standardized, automated build and release processes supporting agile methodologies.
4. Define, create, and manage application code branches, with experience in Git essential.
5. Liaise with third-party vendors regarding application support and deployment.
Skills and Experience
* At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer; experience with EIS policy admin system is desirable.
* Proficiency with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Git/GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Selenium.
* Experience with cloud technologies including Azure Kubernetes, App Services, Azure Functions, and managing cloud infrastructure.
