What You’ll Do:
✅ Play a lead role in setting up a new children’s residential home
✅ Build and manage a high-performing care team
✅ Establish a warm, supportive, and safe home environment
✅ Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and high-quality care standards
✅ Champion the individual needs, rights, and development of each young person
What We’re Looking For:
✨ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) – or working towards
✨ At least 2 years in a leadership role in a children's residential setting (Deputy Managers welcome!)
✨ A proactive, hands-on leader with strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
✨ Passionate about making a long-term impact on young lives
