About Our Client
Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director, you'll be a key player in steering financial performance and supporting operational excellence. This is a hands-on role with real impact, offering the chance to modernize processes, partner with senior stakeholders, and contribute to exciting transformation projects.
Job Description
3. Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
4. Deliver accurate monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, with insightful analysis for decision-making.
5. Oversee cashflow, cost control, and performance reviews, providing commercial insight to drive profitability.
6. Manage statutory accounts, tax compliance, and liaise with auditors.
7. Drive process improvements and implement robust internal controls.
8. Act as a trusted business partner across departments and a key member of the Senior Management Team.
The Successful Applicant
9. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE
10. Strong SME or manufacturing experience.
11. Proven ability to lead a finance function and deliver both operational and strategic support.
12. Commercially astute, proactive, and confident in influencing senior stakeholders.
13. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
