Our teams work closely together with our residents and we are now looking for an Activity Assistant to work with our household teams.
We are currently recruiting for an Activity Assistant in a lively care home in the beautiful New Forest town of Fordingbridge where no two days are the same!
We have a 30 hours a week schedule available.
Alternate weekends may be a part of the schedule, however we are happy to discuss your schedule at interview.
We are looking for someone who would be an asset to our team – fun, compassionate, with a ‘can do’ personality and the ability to work alone and as part of a team. You'll be encouraging others to take part and have a go.
You need to have some strong organisational skills and be able to plan a wide variety of activities based on the individual needs of our residents.

IT skills and organisational skills are advantageous however a full training package is provided.

Your face shall be the face that the residents love to see every morning, with an empathetic, happy demeanour to start there day & in return you see the happiness and smiles that you have brought to there lives through this role.
You need to be super organised, a multitasker, accurate with all recording & adaptable."
