What you'll be doing
* Support work planning, budgeting, and operational coordination for assigned service point(s)
* Manage procurement activities and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and tracking
* Oversee daily operations and support operational issue resolution relating to patient experience, patient flow, wait time, admissions, billing, and service delivery
* Work closely with Clinic Managers, Nurse Managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operations
* Monitor resource allocation, utilisation tracking, and operational efficiency
* Drive workflow reviews, process improvement initiatives, and operational enhancement projects
* Manage and follow up on feedback, complaints, and service recovery matters to ensure service excellence
* Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation as required
* Support implementation of operational policies, new initiatives, and process improvements
What we're looking for
* Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related studies
* Similar working experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, clinic operations, or service management
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
* Able to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Positive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
