The role
As General Manager, you are accountable for the overall performance and day-to-day leadership of the store. You set the culture, drive the commercial strategy and ensure operational excellence — delivering results while protecting a premium customer experience where service, detail and standards are key.
You lead through people: building a strong leadership team, developing talent and creating an environment where colleagues feel supported, motivated and clear on priorities — even during the busiest moments.

What you’ll do
* Own store performance and deliver sales, productivity and service objectives
* Set and drive the commercial strategy using KPIs, store insight and customer demand
* Lead and develop your management team, building capability, motivation and succession
* Deliver an exceptional store experience through strong standards, customer care and product knowledge
* Oversee all operational and administrative routines, ensuring compliance and consistency
* Ensure stock flow, availability and store organisation support commercial performance
* Maintain a safe, clean and well‑run environment, ensuring Health & Safety standards are met
* Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives and embed them into daily ways of working
