Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000 to $120,000 annually, plus benefits

We’ll take care of the business logistics, so you can dedicate yourself to your clients and the therapy process.
Core Responsibilities:
* Using clinical assessment tools to monitor and adjust treatments based on progress and goals.
* Keeping thorough and accurate documentation through an easy-to-use digital portal.
* Working collaboratively with the Therapy Leadership Team for guidance and clinical support.
* Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited school.
* Current independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California.
* At least one year of independent practice as a licensed therapist.
* Experience with evidence-based therapies for depression, anxiety, and related conditions.
* Familiarity with integrating technology into clinical practice.
