Support Security Officer – Door Supervisor
Salary: £31,000 + Tronc

Duties and responsibilities related to the Support Security Officer – Door Supervisor role
1. Monitor and maintain the safety and security of guests, colleagues, and hotel premises through regular patrols and surveillance
2. Enforce hotel security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
3. Provide a visible and reassuring presence for guests and colleagues, offering assistance whenever needed
4. Collaborate with other hotel departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering, to support a safe and welcoming environment
5. Assist with access control, accurate record-keeping, and security reporting to help maintain smooth operations
About You
You have previous experience in a hotel security role and hold a valid SIA licence. With strong communication skills and attention to detail, you are approachable, professional, and reliable. You take pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues.
