Gas Engineer Radiator Replacement & Gas Services, Domestic Properties
Location: Must be based in Birmingham, Coventry, or Leicester.
Work Schedule: You will work across all areas, concentrating on one key area each day.
You will receive a fully costed van and fuel card to support your daily operations.

* £28,860.13 basic, with expected earnings of around £35-40K

Responsibilities
In this role you will carry out general Repairs and Maintenance in Social Housing properties, achieving first‑time fix where possible by utilising our 24‑hour support network. This is a long duration role, which would suit a well‑rounded engineer looking for a varied role carrying out Wet Works and Radiator Replacement. We are searching for passionate Gas Engineers who are committed to quality and excellence.
Requirements
* Hold a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
* Hold the Right to Work in the UK
* Hold a minimum of 2 years qualified experience
* Be ACS qualified, including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, & CKR1
* Exhibit knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to PH Jones and British Gas standards whilst offering excellent customer service
