ATP, an RSK Group company, are recruiting for an Architectural Technician/Technologist to join the team based in Loughton. This is a full-time, permanent position.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the residential sector with proven knowledge of working details of various construction methods.
Responsibilities:
* Represent ATP at the highest level
* Produce high-quality Revit models and detailed drawing packages
* Support the delivery of projects through all RIBA stages
* Coordinate design information with internal and external teams
* Work as part of the Lead Consultant team to ensure coordinated project delivery
* Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications
* Ensure compliance with building regulations and technical standards
* Provide technical detailing support across projects
* Maintain high standards of accuracy and presentation
* Contribute to team objectives and overall project delivery
Qualifications and Experience:
* Vast experience in using Revit
* Strong experience in technical design and detailing
* Experience in large-scale residential / flatted developments (preferred)
* Good understanding of construction technologies and building regulations
* Proficiency in AutoCAD
* Strong coordination and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
* High level of attention to detail
* Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
