Your Role as a KS1 Teacher
* Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to Key Stage 1 pupils.
* Foster a supportive and stimulating classroom environment where children feel confident and valued.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support and feedback.
* Encourage children to develop strong early literacy and numeracy skills through engaging activities.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to support each child’s learning journey.
* Participate in staff meetings, training, and whole-school initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
* A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* A passion for inclusive education and supporting young learners.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development.
