Process Engineer
Adept Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of a well established specialist manufacturing business based in Sheffield, operating within advanced manufacturing and materials processing.
This is a hands on Process Engineer role supporting the development, optimisation, and delivery of complex manufacturing processes, working across production, engineering, and customer facing technical activities.
The Role
You will join a multidisciplinary technical team responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, process development, and the delivery of engineered systems to customers in the UK and internationally.
The role offers exposure to high temperature processes, complex plant systems, and data driven process optimisation, alongside involvement in commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support process development and optimisation within a manufacturing environment
2. Analyse process and production data to improve efficiency, yield, and quality
3. Work with engineering teams on process improvements and plant modifications
4. Support production teams with new product and process introduction
