Are you a skilled and mechanically minded professional with a strong background in assembling electrical products? We're looking for
experienced Assembly Operatives
to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Runcorn. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality technology in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble electrical and mechanical instruments to precise specifications
* Read and follow engineering drawings and written instructions
* Conduct electrical and functional testing of assembled products
* Complete production and quality documentation accurately
* Support the introduction of new products and assist in training new staff
* Maintain high housekeeping standards and follow health & safety protocols
What We're Looking For
* Experience in assembling electrical products or instrumentation
* Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic electrical circuitry
* Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Methodical and proactive approach to work
* Flexibility to work across different assembly lines and adapt to changing priorities
