WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Working on a rotating shift schedule, in this role, you will join a young, energetic team whose main responsibility is to assist customers with queries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist customers by answering incoming email queries;
* Answering customer queries and gathering customers' feedback by email and chat;
* Calling customers to promote the campaigns to increase engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
* A diploma or similar qualification;
* Fluency in both written and spoken English;
* Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish will be considered an asset;
* iGaming experience in the field of customer support will be considered an asset;
* Be willing to learn and work on a 24/7 shift schedule;
* Experience with escalations and phone call assistance will be an asset.
SKILLS
* Possess strong typing skills;
* Be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing;
* Be a great team player;
* Can multitask and work under pressure.
