The Opportunity
* Supporting day‑to‑day Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the site
* Assisting with risk assessments, audits and workplace inspections
* Helping managers and teams identify hazards and implement safe working practices
* Supporting accident, incident and near‑miss investigations
* Promoting a positive Health & Safety culture across the business
* Assisting with the coordination of emergency procedures, site surveys and compliance activities
* Supporting the ongoing development of HSE systems, procedures and best practice standards
About You
* An interest in developing a career within Health, Safety & Environment
* IOSH certification or candidates who have achieved or started studying towards a NEBOSH qualification
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
* Good organisation and attention to detail
* Experience within manufacturing, warehouse/logistics or FMCG environments would be beneficial but is not essential
* A full UK driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role and site requirements
