Barnes Lodge is a bright and modern 101 bed, dual registered care home set in the outskirts of Tonbridge in Kent.
The service is currently recruiting for an NMC registered Care & Clinical Lead who will work with the Clinical Lead and General Manager in ensuring that the home delivers high quality care and nursing services to it’s residents, delivers the highest standards of quality person centred care that meets individuals’ needs and ensures that all relevant regulatory and legal requirements, group policies and procedures are met and operated within the agreed operational and financial parameters. The successful postholder will be vital in ensuring that the home provides a homely and safe environment to all residents consistent with their dignity, wellbeing and the principles of person centred care!
