We are looking for a Warehouse Co-ordinator to support with the day-to-day management of all the shunt loads to our third-party provider and all other collections from PMI. The Warehouse Co-ordinator will also co-ordinate the day-to-day management of the Goods-In Schedule departmental procedures to ensure teams' effectiveness.
To work closely with Warehouse Manager & Warehouse Supervisor to focus on sending the maximum pallets daily to our third-party provider and making sure all other planned collections are actioned on time to then arrive at their destination on time.
To monitor Goods In Schedule daily, need to communicate out to the Warehouse Manager & Warehouse Supervisor all deliveries that are non-compliant or have missed their booking slot.
In the role of Goods In Co-ordinator need to make sure all deliveries are checked off against the delivery paperwork and any discrepancies highlighted.
Identify the root cause of department failures and implement appropriate corrective actions in conjunction with Warehouse Manager & Supervisor.
Follow Health & Safety requirements for their work area and follow their MHE Training.
Communicate effectively and positively with all teams, colleagues, and managers, and CST Team helping to promote a positive working atmosphere within the company.
Forklifts & PPT – to be cleaned weekly and for the batteries to be topped up as and when required.
Counterbalance or Reach Truck Licence
Able to work SB client (warehouse system) to process orders and stock locations / transfers
