Deliver targeted interventions, monitor their impact and adapt provision to secure progress. Contribute to moderation, curriculum mapping and CPD to raise standards school-wide in Coventry. Maintain strong communication with parents and external partners to support pupils’ learning journeys. Support whole-school events, trips and transition work to enhance pupils’ curricular experiences. Person specification Qualified teacher with recent primary classroom experience and evidence of positive impact as a Primary Teacher.
