The Grand Hotel Group is entering its next phase of growth.

Our first year of having a dedicated marketing function has created a solid foundation. As we move forward, with the continued development of Grand 22, alongside growth ambitions for The Grand Hotel, Lytham St Annes and The Grand at Grasmere, we are now looking to significantly raise the level of our marketing capability across the group.

This role is for a senior, proactive Marketing Manager who can own strategy, lead planning and execute at a high technical and creative level across multiple properties, not simply support day-to-day activity.

The Role

This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for shaping, planning and delivering a structured, commercially driven marketing strategy across all three properties within the group.

You will be expected to take ownership, work proactively and bring pace, structure and momentum to how we market the hotels and associated brands.

Key responsibilities include:

* Owning the overall marketing strategy across The Grand Hotel, Lytham St Annes, The Grand at Grasmere and Grand 22
* Building and managing a structured, forward-planned marketing calendar across rooms, offers, restaurants, leisure and events for all properties
* Planning, building and scheduling email marketing campaigns with a strong focus on conversion and direct bookings
* Writing high-quality, engaging blog content and longer-form creative copy to support storytelling, SEO and brand positioning
* Managing and developing all group websites using Webflow, including page updates, landing pages and campaign-led content
* Using Revinate, our hotel-specific CRM and email marketing system, to manage databases, segmentation and targeted email campaigns
* Bringing a proactive, planned approach to marketing rather than reactive content creation
* Working closely with senior management to align marketing activity with commercial goals across the group
* Managing agencies, freelancers or content partners where appropriate
* Ensuring strong brand consistency while respecting the individual identity of each property
* Monitoring performance and refining campaigns based on results and insight

Technical, Design & Creative Capability

This role requires a strong technical and creative skill set. The successful candidate will be expected to:

* Have strong creative writing skills, particularly for blog posts, campaign copy and brand storytelling
* Produce high-quality visual content in-house, with solid design capability
* Be confident using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar
* Learn and manage Webflow as the primary website platform across all group sites
* Use Revinate confidently for CRM management, email campaign build, scheduling and reporting
* Be comfortable working independently with digital systems, platforms and marketing technology

This is not a role where work is handed off elsewhere. We are looking for someone who can plan, create and execute at a consistently high level.

* Naturally proactive and commercially minded
* Highly organised, structured and forward-planning focused
* Comfortable managing marketing across multiple properties and brands
* Confident owning projects end-to-end without close supervision
* Technically capable, with strong creative and written communication skills
* Able to bring ideas forward and turn them into well-executed, measurable campaigns
* Have insight and knowledge of luxury hospitality

This is not a junior or learning role. The expectation is that the right person will raise the bar and materially improve the structure, quality and impact of marketing across the group.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
