One of our dynamic expanding clients are recruiting for a part time bookkeeper, to work in Northampton office. This role is 19 hours per week, working over four days.
Some duties as follows:
* Processing payments, invoices, income receipts.
* Entering data into Sage.
* Filing hard copies.
* Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure.
* Paying invoices.
* Tracking bank balances.
* Completing VAT returns.
* Verifying the accuracy of business accounts.
* Alerting the accountant of errors.
* Recording any inconsistencies to help reconcile inaccuracies.
* Other ad hoc duties as required.
