Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Progressor located within our Vospers Van Centre Exeter,
The Sales Progressor’s Day-to-day tasks include providing exceptional customer service, liaising with internal departments, coordinating vehicle preparation, and ensuring all administrative processes are completed efficiently.
Ensuring used vehicles are checked in, prepared to the required standards right through to imagery being completed for the online website.
Taking ownership and taking pride in the overall presentation of the used vehicle display.
A Valid UK Driving licence is required due to the nature of the role - there will be vehicle logistics to be completed on occasions
The role involves supporting customers throughout the purchasing process and maintaining communication with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives.
Youll be working part of a superb, dynamic sales team who are looking for the right person to slot in to the day to day
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
* Capability in providing support and Training to team members to enhance overall performance
* Organisational skills and attention to detail to manage administrative tasks and oversee team operations
* Basic knowledge of automotive sales and a passion for the motor industry is a plus but not required
* Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems is advantageous
