As our Community Housing Assistant (CHA) you’re part of the face-to-face customer support to our communities. Typical day as our Community Housing Assistant You’ll support our housing managers to look after their patches and through this, help us to improve our local neighbourhoods. You’ll support with tasks such as estate inspections, engaging and meeting with contractors on site, liaising with local authorities. You'll lead on areas of work such as Compliance appointments, tenancy reviews and obtaining quotes and orders for estate needs. You’ll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities. Using Salesforce and Power BI, you’ll assist with management of admin, updating tenancy records and communicating with customers and colleagues. Through visibility, engagement with customers and proactivity on our estates, you’ll really get to get to know our communities.
