Job Title: Senior Claims Advocate – US Property
Location: London / Hybrid (2–3 days in office typical, flexible working options available)
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complex and high-value US Property claims end-to-end: Take ownership of impactful cases with real visibility
* Analyse policy coverage and lead insurer negotiations: Utilise your technical expertise to drive strong outcomes
* Present claims insights to clients and insurers: Influence renewals and strengthen long-term partnerships
* Partner with broking and finance teams: Contribute to a seamless, client-centric service model
* Build lasting insurer and client relationships: Enhance your market presence and professional network
* Report on significant claims to senior management: Gain exposure to leadership and strategic oversight
Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience handling US Property claims (complex or high-value preferred)
* Strong understanding of policy coverage interpretation and insurer negotiation
* ACII / DIP CII qualified or actively working towards
* Confident communicator with the ability to manage senior stakeholders
* Background within insurance broking, carrier, adjusting or legal environments
