Customer Services Officer (Student Financial Support and Admissions)
Join our Information Systems and Student Experience department as a Customer Services Officer. We seek someone friendly, approachable, and passionate about supporting learners in FE. This role offers opportunities to acquire new skills and develop in a supportive, inclusive environment. Our college serves a diverse student body from the surrounding area, and we are committed to diversity and equality.

Applicants should have at least a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English or be willing to obtain this. Responsibilities include supporting students in various aspects of their journey with us.
