Standing on Giants is seeking a Moderation Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Community Center moderation function. This role requires managing a small team while ensuring the effective implementation of moderation policies. You’ll work alongside Airbnb stakeholders and must be comfortable addressing sensitive content issues.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in content moderation, exceptional people management skills, and the ability to drive operational improvements. This position is location independent with regular travel to London.
