Specification Sales Manager (Healthcare Vacuum Drainage Systems) The Opportunity We are looking for a Specification Sales Manager to drive growth within the healthcare sector, working on hospitals, laboratories, and clinical environments. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role focused on influencing specifications at early design stages particularly within NHS and private healthcare projects. What Youll Be Doing Specification & Relationship Management ? Engage with: o NHS Trust estates teams o M&E consultants and public health engineers o Architects and healthcare planners ? Secure early-stage specifications for vacuum drainage systems ? Build long-term relationships across the healthcare construction ecosystem Healthcare-Focused Sales ? Position vacuum drainage as a solution for: o Infection control and hygiene o Water efficiency and sustainability targets o Complex refurbishments and constrained sites ? Deliver CPDs and technical presentations to consultants and Requirements Experience in specification sales within: o Building services / M&E / construction ? Proven track record of working with consultants and contractors ? Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage long sales cycles ? Excellent communication and presentation skills Desirable ? Experience working on healthcare or NHS projects Public health engineering o Specialist drainage or plumbing systems ? Understanding of UK healthcare standards (HTMs) Benefits Package ?
