What you'll do
* Recruit and manage affiliates (KOLs, traders, communities)
* Drive DAU and transaction volume via referral/rebate funnels
* Plan local events, campaigns, and online activations; manage our local moderators to help with executions
* Promote wallet features (swap, perp, gas tools)
* Work with our marketing team to host AMAs, meetups, Twitter Spaces
* Track performance using on-chain tools and present to management team
What you'll need
* Based in EU (preferably UK or France)
* Strong DeFi knowledge (swap + perp DEX: GMX, Lyra, Uniswap, etc.)
* Affiliate experience (operated or joined affiliate programs)
* Experience with campaign tools (Zealy, Galxe) and local collaborations
* Fluent in English; French is a plus
