This global organization is a market-leading manufacturer and supplier of piping systems for a wide range of industries. With the company continuing to invest in growth and engineering capability and continued expansion, they are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of their engineering teams.
In this role, you will lead and develop the Engineering Services team, supporting sales teams on large-scale and key account projects. You will oversee custom product design and off-site fabrication projects, ensuring timely delivery, technical excellence, and commercial accuracy. You will work cross-functionally with sales, manufacturing, and customers to promote total engineered solutions and grow service revenue.
You will have both technical and commercial responsibility. You supporting proposals, pricing, customer meetings, and strategic project execution. This is a leadership role where you can directly influence growth, market position, and engineering capability.

The Role:
1. Lead and develop the Engineering Services team supporting Custom Products
2. Oversee custom product design and off-site fabrication projects
3. Support sales teams in winning additional business through engineering expertise
4. Manage proposals, pricing, and customer project coordination
5. Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and margin targets
6. Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
7. Up to 20% domestic travel
The Person:
8. Management experience leading engineering teams
9. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and design principles
10. Experience with piping systems, plumbing technologies, or related industries advantageous
11. Commercial awareness and customer-facing experience
12. Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving ability
