 
        
        Responsibilities
 * Replace manhole frames and covers efficiently, excavate by hand, replace gullies with precision and care, and complete all types of reinstatements (paving, tarmac, concrete, etc.).
 * Carry out site-specific risk assessments and discuss any changes or amendments with team members and site supervisor.
 * Ensure on and off sites are live to avoid any penalties with highways permits.
 * Update and complete site documentation using electronic tablet.
 * Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently to assist with various tasks.
 * Record photographic evidence of jobs performed and completed.
 * Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
 * Wear and maintain Personal Protective Equipment.
 * Ensure highway compliance with reinstatement to avoid defects.
 * Be able to read and understand Drainage plans.
Qualifications
Whilst we are looking for the skills and knowledge to be able to carry out the responsibilities of the role, it is just as important to have employees with a positive and caring attitude, or those who are looking to develop further and grow with the group.
 * Full UK driving licence (Required)
 * Training will be NPORS, Banksman, Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, NRSWA, EUSR National Water Hygiene, Asbestos Awareness, Slinger and Signaller, Abrasive Wheels, Calm Water, EUSR Safe Dig - Cat & Genny, EUSR Water, Face Fit Tested - FFP3.

Hours & Salary
 * Hours: 50 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 7am‑5pm with a paid lunch). Overtime also available at time and a half.
 * Salary: To be discussed.
