About the role
As a Branch Manager Designate, you'll have the opportunity to run a branch almost like it's your own business. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and your team, driving sales, meeting budgets, and ensuring the very highest standards of service.
This role comes with real autonomy – so we're looking for a commercially minded professional who thrives with responsibility and enjoys having the freedom to make things happen.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading, coaching, and developing your team so they can achieve their full potential
* Driving sales, budgets, and productivity to meet targets and deliver results
* Ensuring health & safety standards, company policies, and security procedures are followed at all times
* Building and maintaining strong customer and trade relationships
* Monitoring stock levels, ensuring core ranges are available, and quality checks are carried out
* Reviewing sales reports and compiling management reports to support planning and forecasts
* Hosting team briefings to keep everyone informed and engaged
* Always looking for ways to improve productivity and customer experience
What we're looking for:
* An excellent communicator with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
* A strong leader who can motivate, inspire, and develop a team
* Someone with commercial awareness and the drive to hit targets
* Organised, hands-on, and confident in managing people, processes, and performance
Working hours:
Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 5:00pm
Every other Saturday – 8:00am to midday

Pay: £28,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
