Job Summary
seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Payroll Techno-Functional Architect to provide expertise in supporting and enhancing EBS Payroll, Absence, and Core HR modules. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UK payroll processes, strong technical and functional experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud, and the ability to deliver clear solutions for diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support Oracle EBS HCM solutions, with a primary focus on Payroll and Absence modules.
* Provide expert guidance on UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
* Leverage hands-on experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud to deliver impactful solutions.
* Conduct system integration testing, support user acceptance testing, manage payroll parallel reconciliations (PPR), and oversee hyper-care activities.
* Utilize HCM technical tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.
* Drive discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reporting related to Payroll, OTL, Absence, and other HCM modules.
* Translate complex technical solutions into clear business insights for technical teams, business users, and senior management.
* Support existing solutions while ensuring effective risk management, issue resolution, and reporting (status reports, RAG indicators, and RAID logs).
Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 12+ years of experience implementing Oracle EBS HCM solutions across Absence, OTL, and Payroll modules within the UK.
* Strong proficiency in UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
* Proven experience working with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud.
* Advanced knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience supporting and maintaining existing Oracle HCM solutions.

Pay: £550.00-£620.00 per day
